Menu Plan Monday

Leprechaun might head home to his family for part of this week to help his little brother with an Eagle Scout project (I know, I KNOW), so this is subject to change—my culinary aspirations tend to skew toward “stick spoon in peanut butter” when I’m the only one in the house.

 

Anyway, here we go!

 

Monday: I’m out and about, so Leprechaun’s on his own

Tuesday: Chicken tacos with all the fixings

Wednesday: Cream of pumpkin soup (never quite happened last week)

Thursday: Pasta Bolognese with peppers and onions
